Join us in April as we head back to the Philippines to soak up some sun in between all the awesome dives there. Compared to most areas of the Caribbean the lushness and variety will blow you away.
El Galleon blends the best of a resort vacation with the diving access of a live-aboard. With only 30 rooms you are only steps away from the restaurant, pool, bar, beach or dive dock, where your dive guide & gear will await you four times a day.
We have included great meals every day at the resort along with seven days of four single tank boat dives, with most sites only 10-15 minutes away. Afternoons and evenings can be spent with shore dives at the resort if not on the panga/boat or you may explore the town. One morning will be to Verde Island about 45 minutes away, it is a pinnacle with swirling currents and a million fish. Another day trip is to a nearby lagoon with a group of giant 5’-6’ clams, I also saw a Blue-ringed octopus not 40 yards from there.
Night dive, anyone? Simply meet your guide at the dock and go! Maybe the wreck out front? Local day trips are also available.
We no longer need to spend a night in Manilla as flights can now arrive in the am and leave in the pm to allow for same day shuttles, I put my schedule below. $735 R/T

I have gotten flights for $735 round trip with 2 free bags on Korean Air from Chicago to Manila and back.
Korean Air #38 from Chicago to Seoul with an overnite stay in the transit hotel (so no security checks!!) and arrival in Manila by 11am on KA #621. Leave Saturday afternoon, arrive Seoul Sunday late afternoon, arrive Manila late morning and a two hour transfer by car/bus/boat to the resort.
Coming home is driving to Manila Tuesday afternoon for KA # 624 back to Seoul at 11:10pm with a 6 hour break and then to Chicago on KA #37 at 9:40am Wednesday.
